- Manage and develop a territory of independent agents

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years insurance sales experience
- Working knowledge of non-standard auto insurance operations
- Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Organization and Time Management
