Engineer

• Qualified 2nd & 3rd‑level support for our users in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg
• Analysis, handling and resolution of IT issues (Windows, hardware and software, mobile devices)
• Fault diagnosis and remediation on site in Blieskastel as well as predominantly remote support at other locations
• Analysis of recurring incidents and derivation of sustainable measures to improve service quality and stability
• Close collaboration with internal IT teams to develop stable and sustainable solutions
• Participation in international IT projects to introduce and further develop modern workplace concepts, technologies and digital services; depending on project requirements this may require on‑site presence at various locations and business travel outside Germany

• Contribute to the development and implementation of our Group’s sustainability strategy.
• Assist in preparing the annual sustainability report by collecting data and drafting content.
• Analyze and prepare data sets, producing comprehensive summaries to support decision-making.
• Review the 2025 annual report to identify achievements and projects shaping our future.

• Als Sales Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de engineering van de juiste technische oplossing;
• Het opstellen van nauwkeurige calculaties die de basis vormen voor overtuigende offertes;
• Je werkt aan aanvragen van toonaangevende klanten;
• In deze rol analyseer je klantaanvragen; vertaal je deze naar gedegen kostprijscalculaties; stel je complete, commerciële offertes samen.

• Impulsar la especificación de nuestras soluciones en proyectos desde las primeras etapas.
• Identificar oportunidades de proyecto y desarrollar soluciones técnicas a medida.
• Visitar clientes, ingenierías y prescriptores para detectar proyectos en fase temprana.
• Coordinar y dar seguimiento a proyectos estratégicos, asegurando la correcta implementación de las soluciones especificadas.
• Trabajar de forma estrecha con equipos internos para asegurar soporte técnico.

Support Engineer

• Handling user calls and tickets (incidents and service requests): qualify, investigate and resolve issues
• Remote assistance as needed
• Priority on level 1 support cases, but if it follows our best practices also some level 2 cases
• Work with L2 and L3 experts according to cases encountered
• Have the reflex to follow or document any needed knowledge in our Knowledge Base system
• Identify critical incidents and problems
