Requirements
6+ years relevant work experience in management consulting, business operations, or strategy in enterprise technology.
Skilled in first principles problem solving: Able to quickly figure out how things work, break down complex issues to their core, and build effective, pragmatic solutions.
Strong analytical and business acumen: Hands-on with sourcing evidence and analyzing data to inform decisions while balancing speed, judgment, and impact.
AI-first thinking: Proactively seek ways to improve workflows with AI or redesign workflows to be AI-native, and leverage AI tools to improve execution.
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives to impactful outcomes with clarity & adaptability in ambiguous or fast-evolving contexts.
Skilled in executive-level communication, translating complex information into clear, persuasive narratives and presentations that influence stakeholders across all levels and functions.
Proven ability to multiply impact by leading through influence, enabling ownership, building trust, and collaborating across teams.
