About the role
- Own the go-to-market strategy for your product area: positioning, messaging, and launch execution that drives awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
- Partner closely with Product to deeply understand the roadmap, translate features into buyer value, and shape how we bring new releases to market.
- Arm the sales team with what they need to win: battlecards, one-pagers, ROI frameworks, objection handling, competitive intelligence, and demo narratives.
- Plan and execute product launches end-to-end — from internal enablement through to external communications, campaigns, and analyst engagement.
- Produce high-quality collateral that resonates with enterprise security leaders, from technical content through to executive-level messaging.
- Become the voice of the customer: gather insights from win/loss analysis, buyer interviews, and community feedback to sharpen our positioning.
- Collaborate with demand generation, content, and field marketing to ensure product marketing feeds integrated campaigns.
- Track and report on the impact of your GTM efforts, iterating based on data and feedback.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B product marketing, or a closely adjacent role (e.g., solutions engineering, sales enablement, technical content, demand gen) with a clear thread to product marketing.
- Genuine cybersecurity knowledge or experience. You don’t need to be a pentester, but you need to understand the domain, the threat landscape, and why enterprises invest in cyber readiness. You should be able to hold your own in a conversation with a CISO or a SOC analyst.
- Strong writing skills. You can take something complex and make it clear, compelling, and differentiated. No jargon walls, no fluff.
- A collaborative, low-ego approach. You’ll work across Product, Sales, and the wider Marketing team daily — and you’ll need to earn trust through quality and follow-through.
- Commercial instinct. You understand that product marketing exists to drive revenue and you think about the buyer journey, not just the feature list.
- Energy and ownership. We’re a scaling business. You’ll be expected to move fast, take initiative, and figure things out — not wait to be told.
