About the role
- Provide systems administration, maintenance, and support for SharePoint 2013 or higher and MS Office SharePoint Server
- Manage and maintain vulnerability remediation for servers in line with cybersecurity requirements and reporting under Risk Management Framework to maintain an ATO
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Search functionality
- Coordinate and collaborate with Network Infrastructure Team
- Design and implement medium to large SharePoint intranet/extranet farm topologies
- Assist in solving technical and performance problems within the portal infrastructure
- Plan and implement Service Packs and Cumulative Updates of SharePoint Foundation and SharePoint Server
- Create and maintain documentation for SIPR SharePoint infrastructure, deployment, and service specifications
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and DBA groups on backup/recovery operations and disaster recovery testing related to SIPR SharePoint implementation monthly
- Manage service applications, create web applications, configure Alternate Access Mapping (AAM), and manage farm features and solutions
Requirements
- Three (3) years’ experience in SharePoint administration and maintenance
- CompTIA Security+ CE
- Must have a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance
- High School or equivalent diploma (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems (desired)
- Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (desired)
- Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert (desired)
- Eligible for employment verification through E-Verify
