About the role

  • Execute positioning and client-facing content for new product launches and existing offerings across multiple verticals and customer segments.
  • Maintain and update existing assets to ensure positioning remains current as the market evolves, product changes, or data is enhanced.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product capabilities into clear customer value and market differentiation.
  • Build product messaging to support Business Development campaigns, content strategy and development, and Sales talk tracks.
  • Partner with Enablement to create core enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Lead internal product readiness and training sessions to ensure customer-facing teams are able to effectively communicate value and win deals.
  • Incorporate feedback from the Commercial team to iterate on messaging, positioning, and enablement materials post-launch.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within healthcare, life sciences, or health plans, with experience supporting B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) products.
  • Proven experience marketing products that serve multiple markets, personas, and use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex product offerings into clear, differentiated customer value.
  • Demonstrated success supporting commercial enablement and working closely with Sales teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence cross-functionally.
