About the role
- Create communication and engagement campaigns for Mid Market B2B2C clients
- Support the planning team in the construction and execution of proposed actions for Mid Market account clients
- Understand client profiles together with sales, client success, partners and client internal communication departments
- Enable and deliver customer engagement actions (graphics, gyms, webinars, online and in-person classes, purchase of vouchers)
- Create possibilities for new actions and formats to be applied as customer engagement actions
- Participate in projects to improve the portfolio
- Update and manage the portfolio's budget
- Work closely with planning, client success and partners teams to drive engagement
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for wellbeing
Requirements
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides; JIRA and Zoom are a plus
- Previous experience working close to HR or with B2B2C events (is a plus)
- Resilience to work in a fast paced environment with changes and different scenarios
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time and at a fast pace
- Good writing and well-developed communication skills for lectures and webinars
- Projects critical and analytical perspective and their impacts on the entire ecosystem
- Owner mentality and proactivity
- Creative and proactive to deal with diverse clients, with fast execution
