About the role
- Manage a well-structured, clearly scoped project for an educational game
- Oversee and coordinate the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and priorities
- Maintain timelines and ensure smooth, timely delivery of all milestones
- Proactively identify risks, provide mitigation strategies, and manage process dependencies
- Identify risks, mitigate potential issues, and manage dependencies
- Keep documentation updated and communicate progress to all stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering clear updates and solutions
- Optimize workflows and enhance team efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the game development industry
- Familiarity with game development processes, pipelines, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to project changes
- Experience working with project documentation and reports (Google Docs, etc.)
- Proficiency in organizing and managing tasks in JIRA or similar project management tools
- Experience working with remote teams
- English - Upper Intermediate or higher
- Nice to have: Passion for gaming and understanding of player expectations
- Nice to have: Interest in educational games and children’s content
