About the role

  • Develop and oversee customer retention campaigns
  • In-depth learning and understanding of our mobile and online banking products
  • Coordination with technical support and implementation teams to make your clients happy
  • Taking detailed notes on client requests, concerns, and interactions
  • Ability to manage a dynamic workload with many concurrent tasks
  • Tracking clients’ current use of our software and creating some growth plan selling ancillary products.
  • Hit or exceed sales quotas as established by the Account Management Lead.

Requirements

  • A two- or four-year degree
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
  • An outgoing, assertive personality with the ability to anticipate customer needs and match them with the appropriate products and services.
  • High-level organization
  • Experience with Salesforce, JIRA Service Desk, or other Client Relationship Management software
  • 2-3 years’ formal experience in Account Management, especially if in the tech industry
