About the role

  • Report to the Onboarding Manager and welcome clients post-sale
  • Curate the onboarding experience to optimize client retention and adoption
  • Teach clients how to use Subsplash tools and services
  • Provide tailored services for paid implementation clients including consulting, building, and graphic design
  • Provide creative direction and solutions via tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing
  • Curate onboarding journey to ensure apps pass internal review within six weeks of signup
  • Review client apps for quality assurance
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate on projects to improve the client experience

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on the phone
  • Expertise with the Subsplash Platform (App, Giving, SnapPages)
  • Technical ability to build a Subsplash app quickly and translate a client’s website into a SnapPages site
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Empathetic and strong teaching skills
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience using systems like Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, and Google Apps
  • Bonus: Basic coding knowledge
  • Bonus: Experience with Photoshop and/or other image manipulation and design programs
