About the role
- Report to the Onboarding Manager and welcome clients post-sale
- Curate the onboarding experience to optimize client retention and adoption
- Teach clients how to use Subsplash tools and services
- Provide tailored services for paid implementation clients including consulting, building, and graphic design
- Provide creative direction and solutions via tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing
- Curate onboarding journey to ensure apps pass internal review within six weeks of signup
- Review client apps for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate on projects to improve the client experience
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on the phone
- Expertise with the Subsplash Platform (App, Giving, SnapPages)
- Technical ability to build a Subsplash app quickly and translate a client’s website into a SnapPages site
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Empathetic and strong teaching skills
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience using systems like Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, and Google Apps
- Bonus: Basic coding knowledge
- Bonus: Experience with Photoshop and/or other image manipulation and design programs
