About the role
- High-Impact Relationship Building: Build deep, lasting relationships based on trust and likeability. You should be the person partners are happy to see walk through the door.
- Strategic Account Growth ("Hunting from Within"): Proactively identify and unlock new value within your portfolio. Map complex partner organizations and use your strong relationships to engage stakeholders beyond the primary contact, meeting regularly with regional operators, club managers, and C-suite executives to drive alignment and uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Commercial Optimization & Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to ensure sustainable, profitable growth for both Wellhub and the partner. Execute margin analyses to support pricing decisions and contract renewals. You must be able to translate data into a compelling commercial narrative that justifies value.
- Data-Driven Business Reviews (MBR/QBR): Own the creation and presentation of high-impact Business Reviews. Synthesize performance data into clear, actionable insights. Crucially, use these meetings not just to report numbers, but to pitch your new innovative ideas for the quarter ahead.
- Innovation & Creative Strategy: Proactively identify stagnation and bring new ideas to the table. Whether it’s proposing a novel referral campaign, suggesting a new way to integrate our API, or finding a creative solution to a blocker, you are expected to be the source of "fresh thinking" for your accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the project lead for your accounts, mobilizing internal teams (Marketing, User Growth, Operations, Finance) to drive initiatives that increase user acquisition and engagement at partner locations. You are the internal voice of the partner, ensuring their needs are met while protecting Wellhub’s interests.
- Proactive Partner Engagement: Maintain a high-touch, visible presence with partners. This involves frequent travel to partner sites and head offices to build rapport, resolve operational issues face-to-face, and maintain a pulse on the "ground truth" of the partnership. You must be adaptable and eager to meet people where they are - whether that’s a boardroom or a gym floor.
- Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution: Maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach when dealing with escalations. Manage projects efficiently to ensure seamless integrations, successful launches of new sites, and quick resolution of blockers
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Key Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships or Management Consulting.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, is required. You must be comfortable managing a pipeline, creating dashboards, and using CRM data to drive efficiency.
- Analytical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides) is non-negotiable.
- Financial Literacy: Proven experience in running data sets and structuring commercial deals. You must be comfortable manipulating large datasets to extract commercial insights.
- Innovation Track Record: Proven history of bringing new ideas to life. We want to hear examples of times you challenged the status quo or invented a new way of doing things that led to growth.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in managing complex accounts and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels (from GM to C-Level). A track record of retaining and growing high-value portfolios is essential.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen: The ability to understand the partner's P&L, analyze margins, and structure deals that drive profitable growth for both parties.
- Data Storytelling: The ability to take raw data and transform it into a visually compelling MBR/QBR deck that drives strategic decision-making.
- Relationship Building (Multi-Level): The ambition to travel and build networks deep within a partner’s organization, not just relying on a single point of contact.
- Interpersonal Impact: The ability to be personable, engaging, and empathetic. You build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships even when dealing with difficult conversations. People buy into you as much as they buy into the product.
- Project Management: Organized and structured approach to managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Operational Discipline (CRM): The ability to balance high-touch relationship work with rigorous backend organization. You keep Salesforce up to date not because you have to, but because it helps you win.
- Resilience & Composure: The ability to remain calm under pressure, de-escalate conflicts, and find constructive solutions to complex problems.
Benefits
- WELLHUB: Free Gold membership with access to onsite gyms and studios, digital fitness programs, and online wellness resources for meditation, nutrition, mental wellbeing support, and more! Add up to three family members to your plan, ensuring access to wellness for those who matter most to you.
- HEALTHCARE: Health and dental insurance.
- FLEXIBLE WORK: As a Flexible First company, we offer hybrid and remote options to give you the freedom to work in a way that suits you. The model for this specific role can be discussed with your recruiter and hiring manager. We offer all employees a one-time reimbursement to set up their home office equipment and a monthly work allowance to help cover the costs of working from home.
- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Flexibility for us isn’t just about where we work—it also means being able to shape how and when we get things done. Together with their leaders, employees define schedules that align with their time zones, team needs, and personal routines.
- PAID TIME OFF: We know how important it is to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!).
- PARENTAL LEAVE: Welcoming a new child is one of the most special moments in your life. Take the time to be present and enjoy your growing family. We offer 100% paid parental leave to all new parents. Parents giving birth are eligible for an extended leave and a ramp-back period to return part-time while they get settled.
- CAREER GROWTH: Access world-class platforms, participate in interactive sessions, build your personalized development roadmap, and explore internal opportunities. We focus on continuous learning and feedback to support your journey toward personal and professional success.
- CULTURE: You’ll join a team of passionate people who come together to break boundaries, support each other, and create a meaningful impact in workplace wellness. We win together, building trust through open communication and a culture where every perspective matters.
