About the role

  • Identify and solve inefficiencies in tooling, APIs, and feedback mechanisms
  • Design, pitch, plan, measure, and implement solutions iteratively
  • Collaborate closely with product engineering colleagues

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional software development experience
  • Systems thinker with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with architectural thinking
  • Experience with Rails and Ruby
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Active working knowledge of Ruby
  • Experience with asynchronous processing using Sidekiq and/or Kafka
  • Proven track record of improving developer productivity with AI assistance
