Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 Years experience in recruiting
  • Preferably a Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Confident and professional approach to complex and sensitive personnel situations
  • Empathetic yet goal-oriented approach to resolve conflicts effectively
  • Ability to support team members to achieve their goals
  • Communicative and enjoy working in a team
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate tasks effectively and solve problems
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Living close to the area of Kolkata
