Active participation in stakeholder meetings to understand and action learning needs
Provide regular and frequent updates to leadership
Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to discuss active stakeholder learning plans
Accountable for Training Needs Assessment for training/learning requested
End-to-end ownership of large-scale projects for your business area
Collaboration with events teams, business stakeholders, and Program Owners

Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Guidewire Professional Services
Build executive trust, synthesize CS/PS priorities through insightful needs analysis and proactive, value-driven communication
Orchestrate end‑to‑end program execution with Events (logistics) and Stakeholders (agenda, speakers)
Translate goals into enablement objectives, leading indicators, and target behaviors
Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
Good understanding of the property and casualty insurance business
Proficiency with software tools such as Google Suite, Monday.com, eLearning platforms, and AI
