About the role
- Analyzes new and complex strategic planning and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, mortgage banking, loan servicing, technology, methodology, tools and solution components.
- Provides oversight and executive level management to overall contract operations often involving multiple projects/tasks and groups of personnel at multiple divisions.
- Maintains and manages relationships with senior and executive level management within the client organization.
- Ensures senior and executive level management within the client organization is aware of overall status, including all relevant tasks, projects and their potential impact on higher level organizational strategic vision.
- Manages all functions in a loan servicing center, ensuring quality standards and work performance on all task orders and projects.
- Plans, organizes and oversees work efforts, assigns resources, manages personnel, provides risk management, ensures quality management, and monitors overall projects and contract performance.
Requirements
- Requires a University Degree
- Minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Some roles may require graduate-level education (Master’s or Doctorate)
- Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree
- Mortgage loan servicing experience
- Prior experience leading teams
- Experience with oversight and executive level management for overall contract operations
- Ability to Obtain Public Trust (clearance requirement)
