About the role
- Lead Celonis Engagements and manage full lifecycle delivery of Celonis—from scoping and implementation to value realization and client success.
- Drive Strategic Roadmaps and align Celonis use cases with client transformation.
- Engage Stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to executives and operational leaders.
- Facilitate workshops, present business cases, and manage escalations.
- Build and Mentor Teams and develop Celonis consultants, analysts, and architects.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Develop Practice Assets by creating reusable accelerators and contribute feedback to product teams to improve platform capabilities.
- Ensure Value Delivery and own the customer value journey.
Requirements
- 10+ years in consulting or professional services, with 5+ years in delivery leadership
- Proven experience in Celonis or process mining engagements
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Celonis platform functionality
- Experience managing large-scale implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
