About the role
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional programs that improve sales efficiency, streamline operations, and boost customer engagement.
- Develop and manage enterprise account planning frameworks and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and advisory support to frontline sales managers and senior sales leaders.
- Champion change management efforts for new methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Track benchmarks and sales performance data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor two direct reports responsible for content creation, training delivery, and tactical execution.
- Ensure alignment between strategic goals and enablement content, tools, and training programs.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive execution of sales programs.
- Encourage the use of sales support platforms and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Gong).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, operations, or program management within SaaS, technology, or education sectors.
- Proven track record in spearheading strategic sales initiatives and mentoring sales leaders.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Preferred: Experience with instructional composition or adult learning principles.
- Experience with sales support platforms and CRM systems.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
