• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with guests
• Support daily operations across departments including Maintenance and Housekeeping
• Manage reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operational tasks
• Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate information effectively
• Ensure smooth processes and consistently high service standards
• Solve problems quickly while delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and support data-driven decision-making processes.

Operations Associate

Recruitment

• Source and identify potential candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Screen CVs and support the initial candidate selection process
• Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates
• Support hiring managers and the People team throughout recruitment processes
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment pipelines
• Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with global projects from the People Team

Talent Acquisition Intern

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests
• Manage reservations and handle guest communications efficiently
• Support daily operations across departments such as Housekeeping and Maintenance
• Coordinate tasks using our Property Management System (PMS) and internal tools
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high-quality guest experience
