Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Demonstrated success leading TA strategy across diverse functions
- Strong ability to build credibility and influence with senior leaders
- Comfort using data, analytics, and insights to inform strategy
- Proven experience leading managers and building scalable teams
- Experience managing hybrid recruiting models
