About the role
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans across assigned health systems
- Build strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers
- Drive Shield adoption and scale through health system enablement
- Identify gaps in care delivery and operational barriers to adoption
- Lead QBRs/MBRs with defined performance metrics
- Coordinate closely with internal Guardant teams
- Maintain fluency in market dynamics shaping health system decisions
- Consistently meet or exceed goals with strong CRM discipline
Requirements
- 5+ years Account Management at C/D- Suite
- Proven experience in strategic/enterprise account management strategy, navigation, and revenue adoption within complex health systems/IDNs
- Strong background in diagnostics adoption within health systems
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives
- Track record of enabling adoption through workflow change
- Executive presence, strong business acumen
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- MBA preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
