About the role
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies
- Promote the SHIELD colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to healthcare providers in primary care setting
- Achieve sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building
- Educate and support primary care practices to gain stakeholder support
- Identify new business opportunities within territory and expand reach through collaborations
Requirements
- 2+ years in a B2B field-based and customer-facing sales role with a proven track record of success and achievement drive
- Experience selling medical or healthcare products or services preferred
- Demonstrated ability to engage in selling conversations, overcoming objections and aligning client needs with product offerings
- Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge to drive sales
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms for tracking customer interactions and sales progress
