About the role
- Lead the development and execution of DTP campaigns for Guardant Reveal
- Drive brand awareness, disease awareness, patient acquisition, and conversion across channels
- Develop strategic briefs and provide clear and timely creative feedback
- Use data-driven insights to shape DTP and digital marketing plans
- Create compelling patient friendly content
- Stay current on marketplace, consumer, and healthcare-specific trends
- Manage end-to-end project execution, delivering high-quality work on time
- Partner closely with analytics to conduct research and measure campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- 7+ years of Marketing experience
- 3+ years in DTP/DTC
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master’s preferred
- Demonstrated track record of achievement
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Problem-solver mentality
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proximity to Guardant Health Palo Alto, CA office is a plus
- Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or oncology is a plus.
