About the role
- Create a Compelling HCP Strategy: Refine and execute HCP campaigns focusing on the launch indication.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Design and implement innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns to effectively engage HCPs.
- Deliver Brand Performance: Standardize monthly review of HCP OKRs that evaluate and diagnose the business.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide mentorship and leadership to a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including director-level leadership roles.
- Experience working in a cross-functional matrix organization.
- 7 + years of experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies.
