Lead adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, robotics, digital twins, predictive analytics) and guide automation, AI and ML implementations.
Ensure standardization, compliance with GMP/ISO, and establish governance frameworks for architectural consistency and risk mitigation.
Serve as technical authority and provide guidance on complex projects; engage stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, IT, and vendors.
Mentor and coach IT and business teams on enterprise architecture best practices; promote user-centric design and sustainability-aligned solutions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Total 16+ years of experience, including 12+ years in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or leadership roles focused on supply chain and manufacturing.
Deep understanding of global supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning.
Proven expertise adopting technologies such as IoT, robotics, machine learning, predictive analytics, and ERP systems for manufacturing and supply chain optimization.
Experience designing scalable, secure, and interoperable architecture solutions in supply chain and manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including GMP, ISO standards, and other industry-specific compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with SAP ERP (especially modules for supply chain and manufacturing), MES, and WMS (preferred).
Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) or supply chain technologies (preferred).
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing and supply chain.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; strategic thinking and results-driven mindset.
