About the role
- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners in the territory
- Develop and deliver a clear territory plan informed by customer insight and local needs
- Share accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
- Record and report activity and outcomes reliably using company systems
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
- Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu or other local languages used in Khammam
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Right to work in India.
