About the role

  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners in the territory
  • Develop and deliver a clear territory plan informed by customer insight and local needs
  • Share accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
  • Record and report activity and outcomes reliably using company systems
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
  • Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu or other local languages used in Khammam
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in India.
