About the role
- Engage healthcare professionals in Bhuj to build trust and share science-based information.
- Create and deliver a local territory plan guided by customer insight and local needs.
- Work closely with colleagues to solve local challenges and improve access.
- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with local healthcare partners.
- Provide clear, accurate, science-based information to support decision-making.
- Record and report activity and results accurately.
- Keep learning about clinical evidence and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages used in Bhuj.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in India.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or medical liaison roles (preferred).
- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals (preferred).
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills (preferred).
- Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity (preferred).
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi or other local languages commonly used in Bhuj (preferred).
