About the role

  • Engage healthcare professionals across Bhadohi to build trust and share clear, science-based information that supports better patient care
  • Create and deliver a practical territory plan using customer insight to focus activity
  • Work closely with colleagues across functions to solve local challenges and improve access
  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs
  • Provide clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
  • Record and report activity and results accurately using company systems
  • Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi or other local languages used in Bhadohi
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in India.
