About the role
- Engage healthcare professionals across Bhadohi to build trust and share clear, science-based information that supports better patient care
- Create and deliver a practical territory plan using customer insight to focus activity
- Work closely with colleagues across functions to solve local challenges and improve access
- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners
- Develop and execute a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs
- Provide clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
- Record and report activity and results accurately using company systems
- Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi or other local languages used in Bhadohi
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Right to work in India.
