About the role
- Lead field activities across North Lakhimpur to build trusted, professional relationships with healthcare providers
- Create and deliver a clear territory plan based on customer insight and local needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
- Track, record and report activity and results accurately using company systems
- Provide clear, accurate, science-based information to healthcare professionals
- Learn about clinical evidence and market trends to enhance territory performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local languages commonly used in North Lakhimpur
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Right to work in India.
