About the role

  • Engage healthcare professionals across Balachur to build trust and support better patient care
  • Create and deliver a local territory plan driven by customer insight and local needs
  • Work closely with colleagues across functions to solve local challenges and improve access

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages used in Balachur
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in India
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or medical liaison roles (preferred)
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals (preferred)
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills (preferred)
  • Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity (preferred)
  • Fluency in local languages commonly used in the Balachur area (preferred)
  • High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility (preferred)
