About the role
- Engage local healthcare professionals in Chittoor to build trust and share science-based information.
- Design and deliver a focused territory plan using customer insight.
- Work closely with colleagues to solve local challenges and improve access.
- Build and maintain respectful relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare partners.
- Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
- Record activities and results using company systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages used in Chittoor.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in India.
- Fluency in Telugu and other local languages commonly used in the Chittoor area is a plus.
