Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Guna
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in India.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or medical liaison roles.
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity.
  • Fluency in Hindi or other local languages commonly used in the Guna area.
  • High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
