Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Guna
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Right to work in India.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or medical liaison roles.
- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals.
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity.
- Fluency in Hindi or other local languages commonly used in the Guna area.
- High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
