About the role
- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan based on customer insight and local needs.
- Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
- Record and report activity and results accurately using company systems.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to address customer needs and improve patient access.
- Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi or other local languages used in Etah
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Right to work in India.
