About the role
- Learn and apply the best practices in inventory management, demand and supply planning and logistics operational activities.
- Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process from sourcing and procurement, label creation, packaging, distribution and delivery of materials and medicines, including warehousing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and smooth flow of medicines and materials, meeting customer demands and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and execute operational activities such as production scheduling, packaging, and labeling.
- Use data for analysis and reporting to support decision making and process optimization.
- Contribute to implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Participate in projects related to sustainability, cost reduction, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Motivated individuals with a willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
- Must have/be predicted three A levels at CCC or above or equivalent.
- GCSE Mathematics and English (grade A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
