About the role
- Ensure the seamless operation of the Office of the CDTO.
- Anticipate and resolve issues, enabling the CDTO and leadership team to focus on strategic priorities.
- Co-ordinate the CDTO Leadership Team in defining and refining the digital and technology vision, strategy, and annual/long-range plans.
- Lead initiatives to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and innovative culture within the Digital & Technology organization.
- Oversee the management of GSK’s strategic technology partner program.
- Define, track, and report on key “metrics that matter” to the CDTO leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in driving technology initiatives for large, multifaceted organizations, ideally gained within a regulated industry.
- Demonstrated success in supporting executive leaders, driving strategic initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of digital and technology trends, including AI.
- Consulting experience in top end consulting firms highly preferred.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships with major technology vendors and system integrators.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
