About the role
- Design, develop and improve software for business, platform, and technology capabilities
- Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements
- Promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing through code reviews
- Implement secure coding practices and effective unit testing
- Advise and influence decision making and contribute to policy development
- Lead a team performing complex tasks and set objectives
- Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources
Requirements
- Experience of training and implementation of changes within Workday
- Knowledge of business processes of Workday modules across Core HR
- Knowledge and experience with Workday Core (core components of the system)
- Experience using Workday HCM (employee lifecycle)
- Talent development experience
