About the role
- Advise healthcare managers on people management programs, supporting the development practices of their teams;
- Identify, in partnership with the business, the need for adjustments to people structure, roles and compensation (succession, transfers, promotions, progression, job classification) and, together with HR specialists, propose scenarios to support decision-making;
- Diagnose and interpret client-area contexts and scenarios, monitoring organizational climate to support the process of institutionalizing the Marist Values;
- Advise managers on developing actions arising from engagement surveys, performance evaluations, the Human Capital Management Program and Ethics Management, as well as other DP&C programs and projects;
- Act as a change agent, influencing leaders regarding their role as people managers, and collaboratively building solutions that create value, development and sustainability for the business;
- Identify problems, needs and improvement opportunities that contribute to the development of leadership in people management by providing guidance in attraction, development, retention, communication and offboarding processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
- Previous experience as an internal HR Consultant (Business Partner);
- Knowledge of HR subsystems – Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, job classification and compensation;
- Ability to manage conflicts;
- Client-centric mindset focused on delivering the best possible experiences for stakeholders;
- Systemic view of the business and its needs;
- Ability to make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data;
- Self-management skills;
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
