About the role

  • Connect the VP of Technology's strategy to People solutions that drive performance and scalability.
  • Diagnose and monitor People KPIs with an analytical perspective, using data and AI tools to forecast trends, identify correlations between events, and propose proactive actions.
  • Act as the focal point for resolving critical cases, maintaining balance and agility in decision-making within dynamic environments.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders, leading difficult conversations and mobilizing senior leadership to advance culture and performance.

Requirements

  • Strong command of HR subsystems, with a focus on performance management, talent acquisition, succession and/or development.
  • Interest in innovation, new technologies and applying AI to simplify the employee journey and optimize processes.
  • Ability to translate abstract problems into structured, executable action plans with clear measurement parameters.
  • Experience advising high-level stakeholders, with strong influencing skills, stakeholder management, and advocating viewpoints based on People methodology and data.
