About the role

  • Ensure business continuity by proactively mapping talent and building a robust pipeline for critical positions.
  • Lead content architecture and the strategic curation of major owned retail events.
  • Lead the design and implementation of strategic pilot projects for Retail.
  • Correlate People metrics with retail productivity KPIs (NPS, Net Revenue, and EBITDA), generating insights and solutions that drive commercial results.
  • Ensure the evolution of HR levers and KPIs in executive forums, connecting planning vision to commercial leadership execution to accelerate initiatives.
  • Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation into the sales force journey, simplifying HR processes and eliminating operational friction to improve productivity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in large-scale Retail, Consumer Goods, or operations with high geographic dispersion.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, able to operate in high-demand environments and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of retail KPIs and the ability to correlate people metrics (turnover, employee engagement/climate, absenteeism) with financial results (GMV, EBITDA, margin).
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary HR projects, from the pilot phase to national scale.
  • Strong communication skills for content curation and building narratives that mobilize large audiences.
  • Affinity with technology, AI, and process automation aimed at simplifying the employee journey.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in cultural transformation projects or redesign of variable compensation models, and knowledge of agile methodologies and People Analytics tools.
