Monitor monthly Opex and CapEx results, analyzing and reporting variances.
Build budget projections and Opex/CapEx trend forecasts for Grupo Boticário's strategy and finance, human resources, legal, and ESG areas.
Lead monitoring meetings with area stakeholders, highlighting and assessing deviations, and mapping risks and opportunities.
Proactively engage with various Grupo Boticário areas (including FP&A peers and functions such as accounting, controllership, and strategic planning) to better understand results, business drivers, and how supported areas enable the company's strategy.
Support process and report automation and oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills, strategic/business sense, and problem-solving ability.
High ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and diverse areas and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google tools.
Preferred experience monitoring results with large volumes of data and high granularity.
Relevant knowledge and experience in programming, SQL, GCP, Python, and tools that enable process automation.
