About the role
- Design and Implement Cutting-edge Solutions: Participate in the development and evolution of our CRM platform, using AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and SQL to build journeys, automations and innovative personalizations.
- Elevate CRM Strategy: Collaborate with product and business teams to translate objectives (OKRs) into robust technical solutions, ensuring technology drives company results.
- Ensure Technical Excellence: Define solution architecture, document processes, manage technical debt, and ensure the quality, security and monitoring of all deliveries.
- Connect the Ecosystem: Work on data integration between Salesforce and other critical systems using APIs (REST/SOAP) and our AWS infrastructure (S3).
- Maintain a Healthy Solution: Own the support and continuous evolution of features, fixing bugs and implementing improvements that ensure platform integrity.
Requirements
- Experience developing on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- Proficiency in the platform languages: AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and SQL.
- Deep knowledge of data modeling (Data Extensions) and platform personalization.
- Hands-on experience with system integration via APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, especially S3.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification or equivalent.
- Analytical mindset, passion for problem solving and an insatiable appetite for innovation.
- Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Experience with Salesforce Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio).
- Knowledge of relational databases and/or messaging technologies (such as Kafka).
