About the role
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of merchant growth initiatives across key markets to achieve long-term scale and business objectives.
- Transform individual pilots into scalable, multi-level marketing playbooks that consistently drive diner acquisition, engagement, and order volume.
- Execute merchant-centric campaigns designed to build local credibility, enhance national brand affinity, and reduce churn among high-value partners.
- Orchestrate strategy across Brand, Creative, Product, and Merchant Network teams to ensure cohesive execution and unified departmental priorities.
- Translate complex performance data into actionable insights and institutional best practices to refine future campaign ROI and team accountability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, operations, consulting, business development, or a high-growth environment (MBA a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or STEM related fields
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns and GTM plans in a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and partnering with technical or product teams
- Experience building and managing marketing budgets and forecasts, including ROI analysis, pacing, and variance reporting.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills; ability to align teams and influence senior leaders
- Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau for dashboarding and visualization is a plus but not required
- Curiosity and a drive to test, learn, and improve
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
