Mechanical Engineer

• **Design & Build** – Craft and code responsive landing pages, templates, and UI components.
• **Client Collaboration** – Lead design reviews with client stakeholders, translate feedback into rapid iterations, and demo live builds.
• **Internal R&D & Growth** – Prototype new microsites, AI‑assisted design workflows, or micro‑products that can evolve into business offerings.
• **Growth Design** – Produce high‑conversion visuals—ads, motion snippets, email layouts—grounded in brand guidelines and performance data.
• **System Design** – Work directly with client design systems and help develop our own.
• **Quality & Accessibility** – Own pixel‑perfect execution, performance, and WCAG compliance across everything you ship.

• Design and build custom solutions that range from AI-powered workflows to full-stack applications
• Interface directly with clients and work closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into elegant technical solutions
• Span the entire development lifecycle—from conceptualization and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to internal ecosystem by developing tools for marketing team and creating micro-applications on top of AI stack
• Maintain strong understanding of content, growth, and automation

• Own customer onboarding through early delivery and conversion to long-term contracts.
• Lead customer strategy across SEO, content, and AI visibility with a clear focus on outcomes.
• Run weekly or bi-weekly customer meetings and manage all day-to-day communication.
• Translate performance metrics (traffic, rankings, AI visibility, conversions) into clear business impact.
• Partner with editors and specialists to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
• Remove blockers quickly and step in directly when execution needs hands-on leadership.
• Identify renewal and expansion opportunities and advance those conversations in partnership with Account Directors.
• Share learnings and patterns back with the team to improve playbooks and delivery at scale.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment where priorities evolve and speed matters.
