About the role
- Support on-premises data centers
- Perform rack mounting and hardware installation (Dell, Cisco equipment)
- Assist with VMware administration
- Manage Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, Windows Server)
- Support networking configuration and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cloud and Kubernetes teams when needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or data center operations
- Experience working in colocation or private data center environments
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- VMware administration
- Networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls)
- Previous experience in physical hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with Dell & Cisco hardware
