About the role
- Generate, prioritize, and validate product hypotheses using A/B testing and other experimentation methods;
- Analyze product funnels, identify bottlenecks, and discover growth opportunities based on data insights;
- Maintain clear and structured product documentation for development, testing, and cross-team alignment;
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Development, Marketing, Analytics) and external partners to ensure timely and efficient project delivery;
- Drive continuous product improvement through feedback loops and KPI monitoring;
- Manage the full product lifecycle — from idea to launch and post-launch optimization;
- Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps aligned with user needs and market trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in product management within iGaming, preferably with B2C or B2B products;
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence in using tools like Amplitude, GA, Tableau, Excel, or similar;
- Practical experience running A/B tests and large-scale data-driven experiments;
- Ability to write clear product requirements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA);
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience in mentoring or leading small teams is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques and product discovery practices;
- Experience with the LATAM market will be a strong advantage.
