Requirements
Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS – ideally with platform products, APIs, or integration solutions. What matters is a strong understanding of complex structures and working closely with technical teams.
Knowledge of ERP systems and the business processes they support – no accounting expertise required, but you should be comfortable navigating this world: order-to-cash, invoicing, inventory synchronization, and financial reporting.
Experience with international ERP systems – understanding their scale, diversity, and what it's like to work with large volumes of data in complex organizations.
Technical skills – the ability to read API documentation, discuss system architecture, and translate business needs into concrete technical solutions.
Platform thinking – the ability to see beyond individual features. A systems-thinking mindset focused on ecosystems and scalable solutions is essential.
Key technologies and platforms you should be familiar with:
ERP systems: practical knowledge of at least a few leading systems such as SAP (S/4HANA, Business One), Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and familiarity with players like QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage.
