About the role
- Work closely with the Clinical team on initiatives and projects to monitor performance, validate outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities that can be leveraged strategically, clinically and operationally.
- Create scalable systems, automations, workflows and operational processes to support clinical quality operations.
- Track and maintain metrics to monitor progress against clinical OKRs.
- Identify and implement innovations to maximize quality, speed and efficiency of the Clinical Excellence team.
- Be part of a remote-friendly team of clinicians and operations team members, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Business Operations, Clinical.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business operations and strategy at a startup or consulting firm.
- Experience in automating manual processes.
- Worked alongside or within Clinical teams.
- Proficient in Google sheets (required).
- Skilled in building workflows in Hubspot (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ideas, prioritize, scope, document, and communicate a clear plan of action.
