About the role
- supports the training team and leaders in activities and initiatives aimed at providing and maintaining learning and development content to team members
- assist the training team with various aspects of E-Learning, supporting with Virtual Instructor Led Training, and curriculum maintenance
- Internship to start January 2026
- reports to Grow Headquarters in Tampa, FL, 2 days per week
- may occasionally travel between various Grow locations
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
- Successful completion of an analytics course required.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Visio or other visualization tools preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
- Must be able to work independently.
- We do not interview or hire students in F-1 or J-1 status and will not sponsor them for work visas.
- Physical Demands: Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance (or with reasonable accommodation).
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and type English.
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
- Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
