Responsible for contacting all responsible parties on loans through telephonic or written communication to determine the cause of delinquency.
Provides assistance and suggestions in the plan development to reinstate the member’s obligations through either repayment arrangements or other integrity sales initiatives.
Offer recommendations utilizing cross-selling of Credit Union products and services.
Makes recommendations to supervisor as appropriate for action considered necessary where the existing circumstances jeopardize the interest of the Credit Union.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
One-year collections preferred.
6 months of direct customer service/sales experience required.
Excellent telephonic communication, negotiation and analytical skills needed.
Bilingual (Spanish) required.
Experience in a call center environment beneficial.
Basic to intermediate operational knowledge of general office and PC equipment.
