About the role
- Provide outstanding customer service by consistently exceeding member expectations
- Respond to member inquiries and concerns with accurate information
- Assist members with requests related to provider network changes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions
- Proactively address member disenrollment or cancellation requests
- Support member outreach initiatives and program implementations
Requirements
- 2 or more years in customer service, telemarketing, or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish/Vietnamese/Korean, Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Commercial, and Medicare Managed Care Plans preferred
- Proficient in using multiple software applications
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
