About the role
- Lead 2–3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum
- Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities within the clinical framework
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes
- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission
Requirements
- Active clinical license or certification based upon state regulations (LADC, CADC, LCAC, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting
- Comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
- Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules
